Terms & Conditions of the “Ash’s Easter 2024 Giveaway!”

1. Promoter Information: The promotion is conducted by Martel Estates Pty Ltd, trading as Ash Marton Realty (ABN 42 145 243 036), located at 332 Nepean Hwy Frankston, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility: This competition is open only to residents of Victoria, Australia, 18 years and older. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences on Monday, 4th March 2024 at 9:00 AM AEST and concludes on Thursday, 28th March 2024 at 5:00 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.
4. Entry Method: To enter, participants must like/follow the AshMartonRealty page (https://facebook.com/ashmartonrealty), like the promotional post, tag 3 friends, and share the post on their Facebook story. And/or follow @AshMartonRealty (https://instagram.com/ashmartonrealty), like the promotional post, tag 3 friends, and share the post on their Instagram story. Participants may enter on both Facebook and Instagram to maximise their chances of winning.
5. Prizes: The prize consists of one (1) 10KG block of Cadbury chocolate. The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection: A winner will be randomly selected at the Promoter’s premises on 28/03/2023. The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted.
7. Entry Conditions: By entering this competition, Participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entry not made per these Terms & Conditions or that tampers with the entry process.
8. Privacy: Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration to promote this competition (including any outcome) and any products manufactured, distributed, and/or supplied by the Promoter.
9. Liability: The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in this competition or taking any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Jurisdiction: The competition is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state.
11. Social Media: This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram and the Promoter from all liability related to this competition.
