To whom it may concern,

As first home buyers my knowledge of what was required with buying a house was limited. I knew some basics things, however the legalities behind it all was well beyond me.

As I am a shift worker and unable to go to most open for inspections on Saturdays, I was hoping to be able to organise a time which would suit us, Ash, and the vendor. When I phoned Ash to look at a house we were interested in, he was very prompt in checking with the vendor and phoning us straight back and we went through the house that evening.

Upon meeting Ash i felt more comfortable than I did with other agents. Other agents, there was always something that made me feel uncomfortable around them and not trustworthy, however Ash always made us feel at ease with the process at any stage and was there at any time of the day to contact with any of our concerns.

As I was going in to sign the contract I was very nervous, but Ash and Lilly made me feel at ease. When the question came up, ‘who is your conveyancer?’ I had no idea what a conveyancer was or did? Now I realise how vital they are in the whole process, although Ash did not make me feel silly or stupid in any way, just offered me some options and suggestions of conveyancing services.

Ash would always keep in touch to see how things were going. I had a dilemma with my pest inspection company as they were unable to meet the deadline that we required to meet contract. Ash helped me out and put me onto someone who could do the building and pest inspection in time.

Now, we are happily settled in our lovely new home, with a lot more knowledge on buying houses thanks to Ash.
