Andrew Date arrived and we sat down and talked.
The company was promoted with listings of their recent sales and then we disucssed how the property would be marketed and the various advertising plans, commission etc.
Andrew gave me a rough price from his first impression and after our conversation went through the house and happily it was worth more!
I really liked the fact that all details were given at our first meet up!
Other agents enrolled how wonderful they were and then requested a second meeting to give details.
